Refund & Return Policy

At Antiqula, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

1. Eligibility
• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Must be unused, in original packaging

2. Return Process
• Contact customer service to receive a return authorization
• Pack item securely and ship as directed
• Refund issued after inspection

3. Refund Method
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Damaged Items
 If an item arrives damaged, send photos and we’ll replace or refund.
